All rights on this site and its contents are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use in any way, any portion of the contents except for creating, maintaining or reporting on your orders or as expressly permitted in these General Terms.

 

Article C - Use of the site

You are granted permission to access and use this site and its content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, reviewing and ordering products or services solely through HappyPrinting.

No other download, retention, use, publishing, or distribution of any portion of the contents is authorized or permitted.

You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.

If there is an apparent error of pricing on our website due to, including but not limited to, technical fault or human error, HappyPrinting reserves the right not to process the order. HappyPrinting will then contact the customer to propose a solution.

 

Article D - Turnaround / Start of work

Turnaround / Start of work does not begin until acceptable artwork or print-file has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not meet our file requirements, your order status will be put "On Hold" and your turnaround time will be reset.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not calculated into the turnaround time (e.g. for determining ‘Delivery Date’).

You agree not to hold HappyPrinting liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond HappyPrinting’s direct control. HappyPrinting is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, HappyPrinting will try to reship a package with a corrected address, but is allowed to charge additional shipping costs.

 

Article E - Colour Proofing and Matching

HappyPrinting is not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs. Screen proofs will predict and be used to verify design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement only, but not colour or density.

 

Article F - Payment

Full payment, including delivery cost, is required with any order, unless explicitly offered otherwise (e.g. ‘Pay Afterwards’, or ‘Cash on Delivery’). No work will be performed until payment is received.

 

Article G - Change or Cancellation of Order

Due to the very swift nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive them. Once an order is placed and paid, changes and cancelations are possible, but only in limited cases. No cancellations or refunds are possible on orders that have gone to print.

If you want to change or cancel an order, you should inform us by phone or via email on the same day and we will determine if this is still possible and will do our best to accommodate where possible. Administrative fees might be charged or subtracted from a possible refund due to already performed work to prepare for print.

 

Article H - Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. No refunds are available on orders unless files have not been sent to press and cancellation is requested on the same business day. A cancellation fee will be applied.

 

Article I - Duplicated Orders

HappyPrinting is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our site due to the customer’s mistake.

 

Article J - Reprint

Since each printed material is unique to a customer order and has no resale value, all sales are final. If we made a processing error, resulting in the wrong product, we will reprint the order at no extra cost. No Refunds or Credits will be given, unless explicitly deviated from this rule by HappyPrinting; HappyPrinting is not required to elaborate on the rationale behind such a decision.

 

Article K- Complaints

All complaints must be registered within 48 hours of receipt of printed products. To be reprinted and shipped again with no additional charge, the products should contain manufacturing errors and/or defects. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect are.

 

Article L - Blog, Social and Feedback Contents

We reserve the right to remove illegal or inappropriate content on our Blog, Social or Feedback systems.

 

Article M - Changes to these General Terms

HappyPrinting reserves the right to change, add or remove portions of these General Terms at any time, without prior notice, and they will be effective immediately upon being posted on the site.
